TWLIGHT
Ok just got back from a girls night out to see the movie and all I have to say is "are you kidding me???" I am so disappointed on so many levels I felt like I was watching a lame after school special on the hallmark channel!!!!! I need to go read the book again to redeem the whole "Twlight" image I used to have in my head. UGH.

Whoa whoa whoa! Are you kidding me? I LOVED it! And I wasn't even a cuckoo fanatic about the books. I really liked how they gave her friends a lot more personality, I loved who they picked for her dad, Esme, Jacob, James, Victoria, Laurent, and even Bella and Edward. (Though before I went to the movie I was not happy about the casting of Edward. I got over it last night. Lol!)
I think the only parts I didn't like were 1) How cheesy they made Edward's sparking in the sun 2)How they had them lie in the grass for "hours" staring at each other and 3)How make-upy Carlise looked in the beginning.
I thought the baseball scene was especially awesome and the showdown with Bella/James/Edward was scary!
Amber, Lacey and her sister, Brooke, Rhonda and I went to see it last night, too, and we stayed after in the theater for a long time discussing it. Everybody really liked it! Even the two arab men sitting by themselves next to us liked it. HA HA HA!

OK! So yeah! I completly agree with you! That movie sucked so bad! rar. I'm so mad I even went and saw it. I agree, I think I'm going to have to read the book again.
I know LAME!!!! I can't even talk about it! disappointment on all levels!!!! ; (
